This time round our group was learning to make Russian meat dumplings – Пельмени and their Ukrainian version – with cottage cheese filling – Вареники.
Our invited chef Tatiana taught us how to make dough for Siberian meat dumplings.
We tried hard to make our dough elastic and between the 9 of us we made over a 100 of dumplings!
Then we boiled and enjoyed eating them with Сметана – creme fresh.
We then had a lovely dinner, learnt some new Russian words and later continued with watching old Russian cartoons.
